If you are looking at the Valentine’s day printables post here, that is a roundup of ideas from other participating sites that have agreed to have their printables featured. Each link below the photos should go to their post offering the printable. To my knowledge, at the time of writing that post, they were all available freely and without ask of monetary value, although I don’t control websites beyond my own. I also make my own printables and offer them on this website for personal use only and this is covered under my terms and conditions. Contrastingly, the affiliate programs and potential sponsorship associated with the disclosure policy on this page don’t have anything to do with the printables. There are links in some posts that are affiliate links so I place a broad, noticeable statement at the top of all posts and other areas as necessary. I am simply a regular person running a blog, trying to make sure that I am as transparent as possible and also protect my family and intellectual property. My bathroom cabinets are wrapped so it looks like blond oak. Can I paint over it or should I sand it. I like your dark blue paint you did on your bathroom cabinets and would like to do the same.

When you say wrapped, do you mean thermofoil, paper, vinyl or laminated wood? Laminated wood is fine, but vinyl or thermofoil can be VERY tricky. Yes, it can be painted, and I have had success with all of them. You can either use an extreme bonding primer or lightly scuff sand it. It would depend on what it is and the current condition as to what I would do in your situation. For sanding, you want to get anything shiny off but if it starts to peel at all – stop. Once it starts peeling, there’s no fixing that in a good way. While I usually recommend 120 for sanding, I would keep with 220 if using a machine sander.
